Irene, the new receptionist at a hotel in the Austrian Alps, discovers that the girl she is replacing has mysteriously disappeared. Curiosity leads her to ask questions that are met with indifference and hostility from the other employees. At this point she realizes that she is in great danger.

Thieves hijack an aircraft loaded with diamonds, and then must face deadly Amazonian headhunters when the plane crashes in the jungles of Caxambu, Brazil.
A weary young woman, Iris Brevard, is forced to move in with her overbearing mother, Min, following her husband’s suicide. She finds her only escape from her mother’s badgering is to verbally fight back and to hide herself in an alcoholic haze. Unfortunately, her young teen son, Lonnie, observes all of this and finds himself torn between the two women.
Nacho and Mauricio are two young men who have a great rivalry, one day Mauricio decides to propose a bet to Nacho that consists of hunting a wild bear that is said to live in a distant valley called Pico de Caballo, the two accompanied by their friends go to the place to see who hunts the animal first, but what they ignore is that in that desolate place they will not find a wild bear but a vicious killer willing to slaughter them one by one.
A little manikin (made of a few twists of stubby wire) juggles balls around him, always preferring the biggest and brightest and overlooking a plain white one, the oddball. It is only when the other balls turn fickle and elude his grasp that he discovers the worth of the little white ball.
Using rear-screen process plates from classic Warner Bros. film noirs, a young man (in color) searches for his past through black-and-white scenes from classic Hollywood movies like “The Big Sleep,” “Mildred Pierce,” and “Strangers on a Train”. Filmmaker Mark Rappaport evocatively plays with the themes of noir while contemporizing the stakes involved by utilizing extensive rear projection to remarkable effect (actors — in color — against black-and-white backgrounds photographed in high definition).
Affectionately known as “Smithy”, Sir Charles Kingsford Smith astonished the world in 1928 with his pioneering Trans Pacific flight from America to Australia. He went on to establish Australian National Airways and set many air distance and endurance records. Director Ken G. Hall’s last feature film is a gripping and inspiring tribute to a national hero and his fellow pioneers. Contributing to the stunning aerial shots, Smithy’s famous plane, the Southern Cross, appears in what was to be its last flight. Released in 1946, the film was a smash hit and achieved worldwide recognition.

Catherine and John try to understand Fa Samoa, the source of intense pride in their culture. They visit Robert Louis Stevenson’s house. They witness the Samoan art of tattooing, covering most of body. Charlie is of chiefly caste. He introduces us to Samoan culture and finds the most beautiful seascapes – the sort of sights that shape our image of the South Pacific.
