Very grainy, first of all.
Then you don’t know exactly what “revolution” means — the rise against Communism, or the Communists themselves (their favorite word.). In other words —- who is who.?
A jumble—– lots of running hither and yon. Subtitles fail when dialogue slips into Romanian. Unclarity– are they saying, that the Communists and their Security just changed coats are filled the new ranks of the rebels? Seems to infer this.
