Queen of Sheba goes on a secret business trip to meet king Solomon. In the land of Israel, Solomon is trying to figure out a way to become the world’s supplier of frankincense. He sends an envoy to the tiny country of Sheba to announce his intentions. The Queen of Sheba, Nikaule, is outraged by Solomon’s greedy plan.

Jungle Jim is asked to find a young woman who supposedly lives in the jungle with her pet tiger. It’s believed that she may be the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Martindale, explorers who long ago who were looking for the lagoon of the dead, a place where legend has it witch doctors held human sacrifices. Some of the locals, particularly the witch doctor Hakim, believe she is a she-devil who is out to cause them harm. As well Barton, an gold-hunting explorer, is also looking for the girl and lagoon which he believes contains a treasure of gold. Jungle Jim will have to fight several jungle animals along the way before he rescues the girl from Hakim.

His wife is pregnant and she urges him to take the job (“$5000 buys lots of baby food”). After Toivo leaves for the plant, his wife goes into labor. Birth and blackout happen simultaneously; the baby needs an incubator, but there’s no power. Jealousies within the Mob undercut the plan’s smooth operation, and soon the Mob has Toivo to deal with as well.
