Young Polish nobleman Jakub is saved from imprisonment by a stranger. In return, the stranger wants to obtain a list of Jakub’s fellow conspirators. As he follows his mysterious savior across the country, Jakub is affected by the overall chaos and moral corruption; he goes insane and becomes a mass murderer.

Two sisters, Amanda, 11, and Laurel, 16, run away from their different foster parents, sleeping in model homes, or wherever they can. But when Laurel becomes pregnant, they find they can’t make it through this crisis on their own. With nowhere else to turn, they decide to kidnap Elaine, a clerk in a baby supply store. But Elaine seems to need Manny and Lo just as much as they need her.
In the late 1800’s, an army captain tries to tame the open plains of Argentina which are dominated by Indians and bandits. To help do this, the captain brings in a party of women to keep his soldiers happy.

This film, set in Florida in the 1930s, involves an independent woman who marries a charming but wastrelly man much younger than herself. She tries to maintain equilibrium in the relationship despite her husband’s obvious preoccupation with the “gal young’un” who works as their housekeeper.

Young Voula and her five-year-old brother Alexandros board a train from Athens bound for Germany, in search of their father, whom they have never met. Over the course of this coming-of-age road trip through Greece, the two determined youngsters will learn several of life’s lessons – some of them rather harsher than others.
Produced by the Municipality of Copenhagen and the Port of Copenhagen Authority the film draws with self-irony a frank and informal picture of the Danish capital, laying stress on the poetry to be found in the picturesque details of ordinary everyday life in the streets, the harbour, the social institutions, the amusement parks etc.
In 1915, Captain Liers, commander of a submarine is leaving his hometown, where he, his 2nd officer and the radio-operator, spend their shore leave. On patrol they sink a British armored cruiser, but while returning to their harbor, they’re attacked. They’re able to sink it, but the trap has alarmed a destroyer, that sinks their sub. The sub lays on the sea bed at 200 feet, and except for the bridge, it is full of water. 10 members of the crew survived, but there are only 8 rescue devices.

Jean, a psychopath, casually witnesses a young woman’s suicide. In his sick mind, he begins to be convinced he murdered her and starts sending letters to newspapers with details of his “murder”, which eventually lead to the police actually searching for him. As he is about to be caught, he meets a young woman Florinda and the idea of a real crime begins to shatter his disturbed mind.
