RIP:Jean-Luc Godard
Godard’s plasticity and fragmentation style seems often to be dirastically different to the intended form and message of the most familiar aspects of cinema language,; instead of uniting meaningful emotion and purposeful contend, his work draws interest and questioning back to his own ideas rather than revealing Woody Allen’s viewpoint. Even at 25 minutes long, a difficult watch!
I’ve always found WA to be annoying and unfunny.
