Francis, a 16-year-old boy, is unaware of any connection he may have to his new teacher, but it clear that the weight of the past is heavy burden on Olivier. While struggling to maintain a professional distance in Francis’ presence, he can’t stop himself from following the boy through the training center hallways and through the city streets after class. In vain, Olivier tries to understand the motivations of his acts, however, as the film advances, they slowly come to know each other and the relationship between the two psychologically bruised characters is strengthened.

Great film. The Dardennes are fantastic. Every film of theirs I’ve seen just hits you like a train. That said, I’m surprised to see this here…not to look a gift horse in the mouth but are you sure this isn’t available anywhere? I’m just concerned about you getting into trouble for posting this…either way, everyone see this movie!

      Glad you enjoyed it!
About the availability, I thought the same giving it has over 10k votes on IMDb, it is yet to be released on Bluray anywhere, it was only released on DVD by New Yorker films in 2004, a company that no longer exists and it’s not available for streaming anywhere either, not even in France, so I think I should be safe 🙂
