Note: Big, big thanks to the very kind person who sent me a copy of this movie, who shall remain anonymous. Next to “The Little Ark” I’m pretty sure that this one is one the most difficult Oscar nominated feature films to find, this copy comes from a Greek VHS, hence the embedded subtitles, one of the only two commercial releases on VHS that exist for this film. Enjoy guys!

Let us note that the “official” title–following Maltin rules–is HALF A HOUSE (IS BETTER THAN NONE), as we celebrate this incredible get. It’s so cheesy, the mise en scene right out of 70s porn (grainy cinematography, Tijuana Brass soundtrack)–but it’s an Oscar nominee, by God. Now if we can only locate BIRDS DO IT, BEES DO IT….. Thanks and congrats, Jon.

Thank you so much for finding this incredible rarity! It’s terrible, but it’s another movie to cross off my list of Oscar nominees!

Rare, but man it really stinks! Inept in every way. But as already mentioned, it IS an Oscar nominee.
