The Hansen School for Air Hostesses, operated by Celia Hansen, welcomes a new group of students; a librarian named Ruth Jackson; Lorraine Carter, a nurse; and Jennifer White, whose husband was an aviator killed in World War II. Ruth meets a smart-alec pilot, Dennis Hogan, but complications arise as Lorraine also has an interest in him. Jennifer meets a war-buddy of her husband, Fred MacCoy. All three women, with each other’s help, makes it through to graduation day.

An altered remake of 1933’s “White Woman,” finds cabaret-singer Kim Ling, daughter of a Chinese general who has been accused of absconding with government funds, arriving in the Straits Settlement. There, she meets Gregory Prin, a half-caste gun-runner and head of a jungle empire where he treats the Malaysians ruthlessly. She meets Prin and agrees to accompany him in search of her father, as she has several reasons to believe Prin is holding her father prisoner.

Hanna’s War is the true story of Hanna Senesh, a Hungarian-Jewish WW2 resistance fighter, who would become Israel’s “Joan of Arc”. As a young person, she fled Nazi-occupied Hungary for Palestine, where she was recruited and trained by the British to serve as a commando. After completing her training in Britain, she parachutes into Yugoslavia with a commando team to establish escape routes across the Hungarian-Yugoslavian border for downed British pilots. Her attempts to save Hungarian Jews in Nazi-occupied Hungary, however, leads to her capture, torture and demise at the hands of the Gestapo and the Nazi-controlled Hungarian police.
In a small European country, the king is scheduled to visit a small, quiet and “safe” village. It turns out that while the village may indeed be small, it’s neither as quiet nor as safe as it’s expected to be. Loosely based on the novella Pour une nuit d’amour, by Émile Zola.

A journalist receives an obscene phonecall that she mistakes for her boyfriend. She then agrees to meet with the caller at a bar, but instead of meeting the boyfriend, she witnesses a murder.
A band of outlaws, led by “Papa” Clellan, hold up in a ghost town as they plan an attack on a wagon train loaded with gold. The unexpected arrival of a stagecoach forces the gang to hold the passengers and driver as hostages. The later arrival of a wanderer, John Trey, sets in motion events not in “Papa” Clellan’s original plan.
Hugh Mitchell is campaigning for Mayor of Lawtonville against the incumbent, Fulderwilder, but his having trouble with his son, Danny, who persists in telling lies. Trouble starts brewing when Danny, who is “assisting” the town’s new doctor, Antonia Cordell, slips his father’s campaign handbills into the envelopes containing the doctor’s announcement cards. Mayor Fulderwilder accuses Mitchell of complicity in the affair.
