Note: Two versions offered for this movie, the original 1987 cut and the very different version from 1992, apparently Friedkin’s preferred cut, although for many people the worse of the two.
Man, you always go above and beyond, Jon! Cheers!
THANK YOU So so MUCH for hosting this
wow I have been looking for this forever.. Thanks for putting this up!
Really appreciate this post.. can’t find this movie anywhere else!
Flashback from the past! This was filmed in my hometown. The house used in part of the movie is my aunts. I was about 5 and did a scene for the movie at a funeral…it ended up getting cut lol. My mom swears that it was because of me, that it got cut. I remember it pretty well for being so young, but I agree with her lol. I wouldn’t shut up about my shoes hurting my feet and just standing there. I was so bored. I don’t remember much else besides the pictures of actors, director, and filming crew I have.
The DVD for the 1992 cut of this movie only released in Poland, I have a DVDrip if anyone wants it I can upload, it’s better quality than the one here
Please upload it!
Thank you!

It originally only had Polish audio so I muxed in the English audio from the upload you have here to be the default track.
This cut of the movie is also available to buy and rent on Amazon Prime Video, but I don’t know how to do WEB-DL from Prime.
Thanks a lot, Ezek.
I see it’s available on Prime but as rental unfortunately and not included in the free Prime package, $6 is a bit too much imo since it’s only SD, if it was HD I’d consider it but since it’ll be very close to DVD quality I don’t think it’s worth paying it although it is on the correct framerate and runtime and it comes with CC subs which is always a good extra, I appreciate the tip anyway.
