Since the death of his mother, Pascal, ten years old, spends his holidays with his father, the rich Laurent Segur. One day, when diving near the shores of Corse, an aircraft falls into the sea. The holiday goes on happily with Catherine, the young and pretty girlfriend of Laurent. But soon blue marks appear on the face of Pascal. He has been contaminated by a nuclear weapon carried by the destroyed plane, and he won’t survive more than six months. There is nothing Laurent can do, except give his son the best six months he has ever lived.

Best copy of the English version of this film that you’ll see! Transferred from the 1986 Japanese Laserdisc, the only way to see this film in the original AR and in English since of course the VHS and Betamax releases are in 1.33:1, with many thanks to Mark for digitizing his copy and sending it to me so that I could share it with all of you here, it’s a beautiful movie. Enjoy!!
Is there any way to marry this English audio track over the 720p French L’Arbre de Noel? The French copy looks better but I’d like to hear William Holden’s voice instead.
I’ve tried to do it but the track keeps slipping out of sync.
Thanks
