A half-cast used cars salesman wants anything from the white society and is ready to do anything to get it. But when he is accused of murdering his half-sister who was killed with his rifle, he flees to an indian village. He doesn’t feel any more at home there than in the white city. He decides to go back to find and punish the killer.

This one’s quite a bit strange, people behave incomprehensible (esp at and after minute 50) and the whole set-up is weird. Maybe it is just me, but understanding what’s going on and why is a bit tough at times.
I also wanted to see this for a long time, but am a bit disapponited, I am sad to say.
I just watched MORT D’UN BOUCHERON by the very same director and it suffers from the same problems, lack of storytelling skills, incomprehensible actions by flat and boring people, just a mess, sigh. Would have needed some kind of script, I guess. Looks like a side job done by movie-buffs, but not professionals. 😭😠
