This Is the Night (1932)


Stephen plays the Olympic-athlete husband of Claire, who in turn is the object of desire for Parisian millionaire Gerald Grey. To keep Stephen from catching on, Young hires Germaine to pose as his wife. Later, Gerald arranges to catch Stephen in a compromising situation with Germaine, thus leaving the field clear for Claire. But when Stephen falls for Germaine, Gerald finds that he is genuinely jealous!
