Historically accurate, that’s how it was in San Francisco during the war. I pray we never have to experience another world war. My father was born and raised in SF and was in World War 2. This movie was just as my parent’s described SF was like during those days with the black outs, rashions, etc. I remember my dad taking us to Playland at the Beach many times. It was great fun and looked just like that in the movie. Brought back many fond memories. Thanks for airing this film.
