“Ponderous” is a good word to describe this film, but it’s worth watching for the gorgeous technicolor, chic 1944 clothes and hairstyles, and imaginative dream sequences. Jon Hall is fun to look at, and Mischa Auer is a campy delight. Thanks for posting this. Have always been curious to see it.
