    A really interesting film on many levels. There are quite a few IMDB comments which identify some of the visual and sound issues in the location shots. New York City in 1929 is an additional bonus-Grand Central Station and a remarkably pristine Nassau Street Station The visuals are striking and innovative for the time. . Helen Morgan gamely put on weight for this role predating Raging Bull by over fifty years.!
