Pablo Urioste is a respected surgeon, but he is forced to experience a nightmarish world after his wife, a marijuana addict, dies at a nightclub. He tells his story to the police, and tells stories of how he is hooked, beaten, blackmailed, and includes some bad-trip flashbacks.
