It was definitely a film of the 80s with an interesting premise though some of the story stretched belief. Still, the characters and their interactions keep you invested. I do understand why Mickey(Williams) might have fallen for Scott(Bauer) because her husband Ray was not very likeable just like the character Actor John Getz portrayed in The Fly. Even when she ran to his assistance later in the film it was because of the shock of learning the truth and the stability of her marriage. Had her affair occurred under other circumstances who knows how things might have played out.
