I am loving these updates, like early Christmas presents! My dream is to see Crystal Gazing, Rocinante and the 80s British TV production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle. Either of those and it really would be Christmas!

Author John Fisher and others have identified British comedian Tony Hancock as the comedic version of Osborne’s “Jimmy Porter”, and indeed one episode of the radio series parodied this as “Look Back in Hunger’ by John Eastbourne, the Hungry Young Man”.

I’ve yet to see the 1959 version. I’ve a feeling it’s better than this one.

Thank you! I first saw “A Clockwork Orange” and “IF” back around 2011 and have been wanting to see this movie ever since then.
