Laurie has been in show business since she was a child. Her dream is to be a singer, songwriter and actress. Her father wants her to be a comedian like him and Laurie only tries because it pleases her father. But she is a lousy comedian. She auditions for everything and is engaged to Ken, but Ken does not understand her needs. She has a one night stand with Chris, only to later find that he is a director. She has many emotions that have not yet been addressed and she must face them before she can get on with her life.

Henryk Greenberg, a Polish-born American who lost much of his family in the Holocaust, is the subject of Pavel Lozinski’s mind-blowing, 47-minute, 1992 documentary chronicling Greenberg’s return to the village of his childhood. Certain of the location where his father and younger brother were murdered, Greenberg returns to find most of his former neighbors predictably claiming foggy memories at first; but soon their recollections come more easily.

In the 1840s, the foppish Don Diego de la Vega returns from Spain to his family in California to find that his father has been replaced as ruler of the region by the cruel Don Luis Quintero. However, Diego secretly picks up the sword of justice as the masked hero Zorro and fights to return justice to the region and his people.

Tony, a con man, blackmailer and card cheater, returns to Greece and meets an old flame, Mary, whom he got rid of years ago and who never recovered from his betrayal, ending up a prostitute and nightclub singer. Mary has a daughter with the husband she abandoned for Tony’s sake but is not allowed to have any contact with her. When Tony schemes to ruin her daughter’s marriage and blackmail the father, Mary decides to stop him although she’s sick, helpless and still in love with him.
