Many thanks to Steve for sending me a copy of this movie.
Awesome! Thank you!
Forgett the hoary plotline & just enjoy the Jule Styne music plus the talents of a strong specialty cast. A young Ann Miller is spectacular in her dances scenes, plus the singing of Kenny Baker & Frances Langford. And the comedic fun of Silvers & the glorious Patsy Kelly. But it is also the chance to see Borrah Minevitch & His Harmonica Rascals at their slapstick best. Quaint & interesting not the least because it projects the beginnings of television production eight years before it became a national movement!
