The year is 2053, where North America is a land of poverty and desperation. A cargo van of strangers all paying their way to Neon City traverses the dangerous landscape polluted beyond repair, where toxic “Xander clouds” threaten to mutilate all who breathe it in. Despite their standoffish distrust of each other, the passengers have to band together – but one of them is not who he claims to be.

This is a not so obvious adaptation of John Ford’s STAGECOACH…I don’t know if this was Monte Markham’s first directing attempt (or last) but he did a terrific job. Not an easy production to realize..Lots of snow and great production values, sets and acting was just fine with a nice performance from Ironside and a surprise result from Lyle Alzado… Interesting art direction and cast variety…Overall…nice job
